Steve Bahr
| Steve has a unique background starting with working at Hyatt Hotels and Stouffer Hotels for 15 years. The experience from moving 11 times in 15 years and going from Washington D.C. to Maui, Hawaii has given him the overall expertise in client and customer services. |
| He received his real estate license in 1991 and has been a Multi-million Dollar Producer since 1992. He has also received his broker’s license, and is a CRS graduate (Credited Residential Specialist) and also has received his GRI designation (Graduated Residential Specialist). He was also honored into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2003. |
Julie Bahr
| Julie also has a hotel background working with Hotel Inter-Continental Hotels and also the Ramada Corporate Offices in Phoenix. She moved six of those 11 times with Steve and understands customer service after her experience in the hotel business. |
| Julie was licensed in 1994, has her GRI designation and also the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) which specializes in relocation. She is also a recipient of the RE/MAX Multi-Million Dollar Producer Awards. |
| Steve and Julie have two children; Brittany, age 19 and Ryan, age 16. Brittany is a sophomore at Arizona State University in Tempe and Ryan attends Horizon Charter School in Ahwatukee as a junior in high school. Brittany also has 2 jobs while attending ASU, she works for Countrywide Mortgage and also has a job with an orthodontist in Scottsdale. Hopefully she will figure out her major. Ryan likes computer gaming, movie making and has also played with Pop Warner Football for 4 years. Ryan works at IKEA furniture store. |
